It’s taken me 18 months to find a job. I credit that to the fact that I am 58 years old and employers see me as over-qualified for every job that I have applied for in the past 18 months. An MBA from a Top 5 Uni, I speak 5 languages fluently (English, French, German, Russian and Albanian). I have founded, acquired/integrated/rolled up and taken companies public in the U.S. But my 5 page resume was hurting me when looking for a new job. Today I have a job at a top university and am doing Top Research for the government in the areas of Space Studies including the use of Ai for navigation of autonomous mining craft in zero G and hostile environment.
